This beautiful family treasure was made for Roseanne by her mother about 50 years ago. Unfortunately Roseanne's dog did some chewing requiring repair. I removed the worn outside row, repaired 6 areas with broken lacing, and then made 2 new sections of braid which I spliced into the areas where the braid was missing. I especially love the black band design of this rug and am glad I was able to return it to Roseanne for many more years of use.
