These precious treasures were made by Minnie from Lancashire, England...the client's great grandmother. Minnie hand made her three rugs by collecting remnants of cloth and hand dying them. They have been in their place in the hallway of a farm home since 1945. Despite the difficulty of finding a firm piece of material to sew into (the 1940's fabric was disintegrating badly) I was able to repair these lovely old rugs so they could once again return to their place in the hall.
