These 7 rugs were made more than 60 years ago by Loxi's grandmother. The greatest treasure, the red and black specialty rug, was the most difficult to repair. Worn material gave me nothing but lacy holes to attach the new braided sections. There were lots of "butts" and lots of hand sewing to repair individual strands that had deteriorated. It is now back in its proper home...not perfect, but being enjoyed by Loxi again.
