"Sandstorm"...a 2 1/2' X 4' Rectangular Braided Rug

This unique rectangular braided rug design matches the surrounding bed spread, curtains, and dust ruffle while maintaining simplicity. Rectangular braided rugs are more difficult to construct as are square rugs and other odd shapes (see "My Valentine"). When lacing these types of braided rugs one must carefully calculate each corner turn or the result will be a skewed rug. That's why braided rugs like this one cost a bit more per square foot than traditional round and oval braided rugs.
